*NOTE: No refunds are permitted with respect to the purchase of Gift Cards and eGift Cards; all sales are final. However, you may be permitted to cancel a Gift Card purchased online at the Website before its delivery to a recipient.

Gift cards are transferable and are considered equivalent to cash if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are not linked to a customer’s name.  Gift Card accounts cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining a valid Gift Card in proper working condition. The gift card serves as the access device for the member’s account. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and shall be the only means of accessing the participant’s account.

• Usable up to the available balance only to buy consumable products at participating Handel’s Ice Cream locations. 
• Not redeemable for catering, gift cards, or merchandise. 
• Not redeemable for cash except as required by law. 
• Not a credit or debit card. 
• Reloadable. 
• The card does not have fees or an expiration date.
• Safeguard your Card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
• Not for resale without authorization. 
• Buckeye Flight Academy, LLC is the Card issuer and sole obligor to the Card owner. 

Per State of Ohio Revised Code Section 1349.61:

• Gift cards expire 5 years after issuance.
• Fees may apply if redeemed after 36 months from the date of issuance.
