Gift cards are transferable and are considered the same as cash if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are not linked to a customer name.  Gift Card accounts cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining a valid Gift Card in proper working condition. The Gift Card is the access device for the member’s account. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and shall be the only means of accessing the participant’s account.

Gift cards expire 5 years after issuance per State of Ohio Revised Code Section 1349.61. Cards fees: First 2 years, no fees. After 36 months after issuance, the card will then only one fee per month after 12 month period of inactivity.
